The unexpected death of well-known gospel musician Kofi Owusu Dua Anto, also affectionately known as KODA, has left Ghanaians stunned.
According to a family source, KODA died early on Sunday, April 21, 2024, after a brief illness, as Metro TV Ghana reported.

Longtime supporters and close associates of the esteemed gospel minister knew that he had been valiantly fighting kidney disease.
The inspirational hits “Nsempii,” “Nkwa Abodoo,” “Yapai,” and “Adorno” by KODA are well-known. These songs act as timeless anthems of joy and hope.
In addition, a number of celebrities have expressed their sorrow and kind words about the artist on social media.

Some have captioned his photos and videos, but others observed minutes of silence on the platforms they served on.
After KODA’s untimely death, some people who seem to have lost all words could only express their emotions with a heartbreak emoji.
