Ghanaian Gospel singer, Mrs. Irene Ayettey Boateng, widely known as Mama Boat is set to release her new musical collection. This very music album becomes her fourth and it is a milestone that is worth celebrating. The album is set to be launched on Sunday, the 7th day of May 2023, at Kasoa Akweley Pentecost.
Mama Boat, one of the fast rising Gospel singer is poised to give her music lovers something to munch for a very long period as part of her her task of promoting the word of God. Her latest album was a nine-track colllection titled, Shekinah, a Hebrew word which means ‘the Glory of God’.
The program is purposely to outdoor the new album as well as to praise and thank God for how far he has brought her on this musical journey. The event is being sponsored by Temple Academy Montessori, which is located in Kasoa.
There will be musical performance of some of the songs on the album from Mama Boat. Her fellow Gospel singers such as Abena Ruthy, Rose Adjei, Ruth Adjei, Mabel Okyere, Mary Ghansah, Papa Owura and Elizabeth Turkson. DL FM’s Silva Lady will also be there as the MC of the program.
The inspirational singer released Reliable God, which features multitalented singer, Papa Owura, who doubles as the producer of the song. This song brought some impressive impact to the Gospel music fraternity and helped the Gospel singer and songwriter gain some nominations in the Ghana National Gospel Music Awards and the Emerging Music Awards last year.
This blessed event is being partnered by Remedi entertainment, Power fm, TV XYZ and Kasapa FM. Let’s hope and pray that the Grace of God makes the album launch as well as the project very successful.
