The education on “See Ghana” , “Eat Ghana” , and “Wear Ghana” must be targeted at the children- Mr Wear Ghana

Benjamin Kojo Mills an independent tourism activist popularly known as Mr Wear Ghana has opined on the campaign to revive tourism and culture in Ghana.

The Tourism Authority under the auspices of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture in 2017 launched a campaign dubbed, See Ghana, Eat Ghana, Wear Ghana, Feel Ghana with the aim of developing and igniting domestic tourism through culture and creative arts.

On “This Generation Show” on GNTV Junior hosted by Sylvia Yakah, Mr Wear Ghana highlighted on the role of children in patronizing made in Ghana products.

“You can not teach an old dog a new trick”

he started by emphasising on the need to educate the children to conceptualize from their childhood stage the need to value the Ghanaian culture by patronizing made in Ghana produce.

Explaining further he stated the children are the future therefore if we educate them on the essence, importance and the economic benefits of patronizing things made in Ghana, they will pass onto the next generation and our nation will develop and make our living better.
