Berla Mundi defends Stonebwoy against mockery after Grammy snub

Renowned Ghanaian media personality Berla Mundi has asked people not to make fun of Stonebwoy in the wake of his disappointment at not receiving a Grammy nomination.

 

In spite of his sincere application, Stonebwoy and other musicians from Ghana were not able to receive a nomination. Berla Mundi responded by pleading for understanding and acknowledging Stonebwoy’s unwavering efforts to establish his brand after some of his rival fans ridiculed him on social media.

Berla Mundi urged people to recognise Stonebwoy’s continued progress and emphasised his hard work in a tweet. She brought attention to the unwavering support that Nigerian artists receive from their fans and emphasised the importance of supporting artists in their global endeavours.
