Why Camidoh has been absent from the limelight
The well-known Ghanaian music sensation Camidoh has provided explanations for his time away from the spotlight.
In a May 10 interview with TV3, Camidoh explained that he had organised a creative camp to help him polish his next music project, which was the reason for his absence from the media.
He gave an explanation, saying he was preoccupied with the next project. He was therefore less available for social media, a platform he frequently uses.
Simply put, I am occupied. I planned a camp for some creative folks to discuss the music I have been producing. When working on something truly exceptional, social media is not something you would have time for.
“I am really on social media most of the time, but this time, I have been focused on the project,” he remarked. “I never thought I would be that kind of person.”

During the project’s description, Camidoh mentioned that he had assembled a group of industry professionals and creatives to help him refine the next project.
Labels have been known to do it. After travelling to Ghana and occupying large apartments, they invite various producers. Being independent, I wanted to do it for myself. I thus made a call to some imaginative producers, songwriters, and performers. We carried it out in Aburi. “…
The “Sugarcane” hitmaker continued, saying it paid off because he got insightful criticism on his work, which will be out soon.
“They simply absorb everything you do. They helped me make corrections to some of the records and listened to me,” he said.
