Fast-rising Ghanaian hip-hop artist Yaw Winna has been nominated for the fifth edition of the Emerging Music Award.
Yaw Winna has been nominated for the following categories: Hip Life/Hip Pop Artiste of the Year, Collaboration of the Year, Hip Life/Hip Pop Artiste of the Year, and Rapper of the Year.
The young talent has been in the music scene professionally for two years now, as he said in a recent interview with DJ Roar on KessBen FM. Officially, he is out with two songs: “Sika Y3 Mogya” and “Kweku Ananse”.

His first single, ‘Sika Y3 Mogya’ featuring Bra Alex, was nominated for the collaboration and hip-hop song of the year.
Yaw Winna has recently released a new song titled “Kweku Ananse”. This song is also doing very well on digital platforms.
