Wizkid and Davido, two of the biggest names in Afrobeats, got into a public feud on X (soon to be replaced by Twitter), where they both claimed to be better rappers than each other.
The whole thing started when Wizkid responded to a fan’s comment, making reference to a leaked video that purportedly showed Davido pleading with a model to get his way with her.

A public barrage of insults and taunts on social media resulted from the two artists’ tensions rising as a result of this subtle jab.

Davido responded sharply to Wizkid’s assertion of his musical supremacy in their back-and-forth, making fun of both his shoe size and career.
