Wendy Shay Unites Political parties in Nima through a Peace awareness and Clean up exercise

Rufftown Records, firebrand and sensational singer, Wendy Shay through her shay foundation with support from Afroarab Microfinance, Kasapreko and Broadway entertainment organised a peace awareness clean-up exercise last saturday in Nima to sensitize the people of Ayawaso East to desist from electoral violence in the upcoming elections.

The peace clean-up campaign which began from the Nima roundabout through the major streets of Nima saw both patrons of the various political parties claded in their party regalia working together in harmony to keep the streets of Nima clean.

The reigning Queen of Ghana music admonished the youth to refrain from havoc wreckers who will come and entice them with money as the political season draws near and think about the peace and serenity which is the gateway to greater national development

The “Haters in Tears” hitmaker also paid a courtesy call on the National Chief Imam of Ghana, His Eminence Osman Nuhu Sharabutu and assured the renowned cleric, her commitment towards contributing to the development of Zongo communities across the country.
