Notable media figure Bridget Otoo has voiced her extreme dissatisfaction following MTN Ghana’s 15% increase in data rates.
She claims that the decision made by MTN Ghana’s management to raise data prices at a time when the nation is experiencing economic hardship is unfavourable for the company and its clients.

Her concerns centred on the amount of money paid to some public employees as salaries, which forces them to deal with the rising cost of data and may make the situation worse for the populace.
According to Bridget Otoo, the data price increase by MTN Ghana necessitates a protest so that displeased citizens can express their displeasure and force the network’s administrators to rethink their choice.
