This was disclosed to Taller Dee by the multiple award-winning vocalist on the No. 1 Gospel Showbiz programme on No. 1 FM, 105.3.

She emphasised that she does not feel resentment in any manner and recalled that “last year, God blessed us” with that exact honour.

She made a point of saying that she respects and acknowledges that “God does different things in different seasons.”

On June 1, 2024, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC), she congratulated record producer and singer-songwriter Nacee on his victory, even though it came at her expense, saying that she and her team “are full of praise to God for how things went.”

In addition, Piesie Esther claims that because Nacee is “my sound engineer and my brother, I have equally won.”

She repeated that she is not in the slightest disappointed in the TGMA board, academy, or public’s decision at the 2024 edition, underscoring that “families, churches, etc.” enjoy her megahit “Mo (Well Done)” produced by Nacee.
