Stonebwoy is the greatest music ambassador of our time; we cannot water down his contribution to Ghanaian music – Root Eye

Ghanaian media personality Kwesi Nyarko Ofei, better known as Root Eye, has praised dancehall and reggae musician Stonebwoy as the greatest music ambassador of our time, highlighting the artist’s unmatched contribution to Ghanaian music.

Root Eye praised Stonebwoy for his contribution to taking Ghanaian music to new heights and places that many Ghanaians had only dreamed of in an interview with DJ Slim on Hitz FM.

 

The former host of TV3’s Music Music continued her opinion, saying that the hitmaker of “Sobolo” is not only accomplishing goals that were previously thought to be impossible but also having a big influence on the world scene.

 

He explained that it would be hard to minimize the singer’s impact and accomplishments given his record of success and commitment to the industry.

 

I do not call him Stonebwoy anymore. He is, musically speaking, the greatest music ambassador of our time, which is why I refer to him as the honorable Satekla. We never would have imagined going to the places we are now because of this man.

 

“To be honest, most of us could not fulfill our dreams, and now this guy is leaving them behind. And it is via this guy that we are exiting our dream. Thus, we are unable to minimize his contribution or the part he is currently playing for us,” he stated.

 

Leading player in the Ghanaian music scene, Stonebwoy has introduced his native sound to audiences throughout the world. His distinctive fusion of Afrobeat, reggae, and dancehall, coupled with his potent lyrics, connects with listeners all over the world.
