Ghanaian multiple award winning rap icon Michael Owusu Addo widely known as Sarkodie can be referred to as the great teacher in William Arthur Ward’s quote.
As an industry great that many upcoming ones look up to he has lived up to the bill by offering unflinching support and assistance to many musicians both young and old.
His proactiveness has always been seen in his ability to develop initiatives that inures to the benefit of the industry.
Latest to be added to his array of initiatives is the “Sarkcess Writing Camp” where music stars are hosted in an edifice with a lot of separate rooms where writers can be divided into smaller groups to produce music.
So far artistes like Zlatan (Nigeria), Fuse ODG, Efya, King Promise, Joey B, Darko Vibes, Fameye, Mzvee, Sefa, Quamina MP, Akiyana and many more have graced the camp.
The camp can last for some days , weeks or a bit longer.
Sarkodie is doing something that is worthy of praise and we must commend him.
