Programmes manager at Hitz fm Mark Okraku Mantey has revealed that his mother is his manager .
Mark Okraku Mantey joined Andy Dosty host of Daybreak Hitz on Hitz fm 103.9, to share how his mother sees to his day to day affairs and keeps him up on his toes.
According to Mark Okraku Mantey, he has three leaders and one manager but there is a huge difference between the leader and the manager.
A leader motivates and inspires you to achiever bigger and better in the future but a manager gives you all the backlashes and queries on order to keep you up on your toes .
Mark Okraku Mantey concluded that his mother is his manager for now, but hoping that some day his wife will take over that position which most men don’t appreciate but it’s very important.
