Mr Drew Apologizes To Rotimi For Stealing His Song
Musician Mr Drew has apologized to American based Nigerian singer, Rotimi for “stealing” his song and monetizing it.
Mr Drew released “Eat” a few weeks ago together with a video which featured dancehall act Stonebwoy. The video was however taken down on copyright infringement grounds.
Speaking to Andy Dosty on Hitz 103.9 FM, he delivered an unqualified apology to the love riddim hitmaker, Rotimi and his team for any damage caused.
“I apologize to Rotimi and his team for stealing his song. The song has been taken down (from all music platforms) everywhere. I sent Rotimi a Dm to apologize and we’re cool now,” Mr Drew disclosed.
Regardless, the Highly Spiritual Music signee is out with a new song titled “Later.” It features Afrobeats star, Kelvyn boy.
