Artiste manager and entertainment pundit, Mr Logic has stated that afro dancehall artiste Bhadext Cona should have been charged for ‘stealing’ Kuami Eugene’s ‘bunker’ video concept.
In a discussion on Showbiz review on Hitz 103.9 FM, Mr Logic indicated that it was not right for Bhadext Cona to copy Kuami Eugene’s video concept and must be sued by Kuami’s management.
“It is not right. Maybe Lynx entertainment doesn’t have the time but they should have sued her for what she did. What that girl did was wrong. They should have sued and left her with one pantie,” Mr Logic told host, KMJ.
A few weeks ago, Bhadext Cona accused the ‘obiaato’ hitmaker of sampling her song ‘bolga’ for his new track. According to Cona, her management sent the song to him for a feature but refused the feature.
As a response to this, Bhadext released the official video to ‘bolga’ which became a topic on the lips of many. Bhadext Cona disclosed that copied his concept to make Kuami Eugene understand the pain of being robbed.
Kuami Eugene has also recently responded in an interview stating he did not sample her song. He called it “a vibe. The give may be similar, the rhythm may be similar but I do not sample.”
