Kyeiwaa Urges Youth to Value Education, Shares Personal Lessons

Veteran Kumawood actress, Rose Akua Attaa, affectionately known as Kyeiwa, has advised young people to prioritize their education to secure a brighter future.

Speaking in a heartfelt video posted to her Instagram on Wednesday, November 27, 2024, the US-based movie star shared candid insights from her own life as a cautionary tale.

“If you refuse to go to school, you will not see the consequences immediately, but they will surely catch up with you,” Kyeiwaa said, emphasizing the long-term importance of formal education.

She warned that neglecting education could lead to challenges later in life, especially when one travels abroad, where language and communication barriers might pose significant obstacles.

The actress appealed to the youth to honor the sacrifices their parents make to ensure they receive quality education. “Please do as your parents have asked. Focus and study hard,” she urged.

Drawing from her personal experiences, Kyeiwaa revealed that her struggles with English in the United States stemmed from her decision not to take her studies seriously in her younger years. “If you don’t heed this advice, this same thing will happen to you,” she cautioned.
