Kumawood actor, Kwaku Manu has said Kumawood is not dead but reduced a bit in action.
In a chat with Amansan Krakye on Radio Central Kwaku Manu disclosed that even though kumawood is not as it was before, they still produce movies.
“As I’m speaking to you now, producers are still premiering movies. I still go to locations to shoot movies. It is a fact that production level has reduced but it is not dead,” Kwaku mentioned.
He further explained that people, no matter how rough times may be, movies and music will always be available but the means are different now.
“There is no way music and movies will die off because someone will definitely produce a song or movie. It’s just that these days, we’d rather put our products on social media than on CDs,” he said on Central Dryve.
Kwaku Manu is also host of Aggressive interviews on YouTube and has several other tv productions coming up.
