Mary, a former housekeeper for Ghanaian musician Kuami Eugene, has disclosed the reasons behind her termination.
Mary, who once had a lovely relationship with her boss, was questioned recently about why the “Monica” hitmaker fired her.
Mary disclosed that the “Monica” hitmaker’s female friend had sent her on an errand, but she did not get back home until later that day.

“I returned from an errand late, and for that, he fired me. To be honest, I arrived home late that day. I believe that day I arrived home after 12 a.m., having been asked to deliver something by one of his female friends.
“I told him the reason for my late return when he inquired about it. He asked me if I knew that if something were to happen to me, Ghanaians would hold him accountable. After that, he offered me two choices: either I pack up my belongings or I get paid Gh400 (after the raise),” the woman remarked.
