KiDi Hasn’t Had A Stroke – Richie Mensah

CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah, has debunked the worrisome rumours of Afropop singer, KiDi suffering from a stroke.

The speculations about the health of the reigning VGMA and 3Music Awards Artiste of the Year began when his North American tour was postponed.  The artiste was expected to tour about 10 cities in the US, which includes New York, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta and in Canada.

The singer, in his announcement of the termination of his tour about a week ago was point blank that the decision was inevitable due to some health issues, which he did not disclose.

“I want you to know that the decision was not made lightly. A tour of this magnitude and the level of commitment it will take may put me at risk of further damage to my health. I want to ensure that whenever we meet on tour, it will be an experience worth everything you’ve given me as an artiste and I can only do that if I am in much better health than I am now”.

This post invited many to satisfy their curiosity and probe into the health situation of the multitalented singer.  However, the CEO of Lynx Entertainment, Richie Mensah in a post on Twitter has tagged the rumours as a ‘click bait’ and urged fans to pay no attention to such stories.

The Yaro hit maker wrote this on his Twitter page;

“KiDi hasn’t had a stroke. Ignore the rumours and the click bait”.

We can only wish KiDi well and hope his boss is being truthful and no shielding his health situation as he remains one of Ghana’s top artistes at the moment.
