Before Kofi Kinaata altered the story by winning Songwriter of the Year three times, Okyeame Kwame claimed to be the only person to have won the award twice.
Because of this, Okyeame Kwame stated, “I called him to record a song because I wanted to know what was going through his mind. While we were recording, I realised why he is such a great writer—the boy just gets common sense.” Very clever, very clever; he knows the trade and the trick.”
