I Will Need a Year Of Preparations And the Grace Of God To fill O2 Arena – Sonnie Badu

With a year of diligent practice and the help of God, award-winning Ghanaian gospel musician Sonnie Badu thinks he can fill the 02 Arena.

The “Baba” hitmaker asserted that with a year of careful planning and preparation, he could pack the O2 Arena. He explained that since he has not released music in a while, he will need to do a lot of promotion and write new songs.

When asked if she could do it again, she said, “If I need to, I need a year to plan it because I have not made music in a while, so now I need to do a lot of promotion and write new songs, but yes, I can do it.” Sonnie declared, “If I put my mind to it and have God’s grace, I can do anything.”

The performer also discussed with DJ Slim on Daybreak Hitz how he manages mistakes made by his band members on stage.

“Personally, the team knows it; I do not want any mistakes, and we go through thorough prayers because I programme everything,” he said in further explanation. Therefore, even the trumpeters will make mistakes, which I will be aware of. I will then turn to face the trumpeter and say, “I know you made a mistake, but the crowd will not know.”
