I want to emulate the life of Kojo Antwi – Okyeame Kwame
The well-known rapper and songwriter Kwame Nsiah-Apau, better known by his stage name Okyeame Kwame, recently showed his respect for the late Kojo Antwi and declared his intention to live up to his example.
Renowned for his skill with words and adaptability, Okyeame Kwame views the hitmaker of “Medo Nsoroma” as a representation of longevity and a fulfilling life in the music industry. In a public statement, Okyeame Kwame named Kojo Antwi as his musical hero in the Ghanaian music scene during an exclusive interview with Hitz FM’s Andy Dosty on Daybreak Hitz.
“Kojo Antwi is one of my main musical heroes in Ghana since he is a fantastic musician, songwriter, cute guy, vagrant, and wealthy man,” the ‘Faithful’ singer said.
Okyeame Kwame went on to express how much he wanted to live up to the life and career of music legend Kojo Antwi, saying that he hoped to be like him. Kwame is convinced that if he moulds his life after the older singer, he can achieve similar success and make a significant contribution to the music industry.
“I know that if I model my life after Kojo Antwi’s, I will die where he did, own my radio station, reside in Ridge, and cover my kids’ tuition at an international university. I want to live that kind of life,” he continued.
