He made these remarks in response to criticism from certain Ghanaians who, considering their close friendship, are worried and interested in knowing if he visited Kuami Eugene.

Kwame Yogot expressed uncertainty about the need to publicly disclose whether or not he visited his friend in an interview with Fiifi Pratt on Kingdom FM.

“Do I have to tell the public if I went to Kuami Eugene or not? I see no reason to inform Ghanaians that I paid him a visit. I posted a lot about him after his accident, which anyone who follows me would have seen. If I go to Kuami Eugene, I do not have to tell anyone.”

In response to a question about whether he paid Kuami Eugene a visit in the hospital, Kwame Yogot replied cynically that he didn’t.

“It is not the concern of Ghanaians. Even if I visited him, it would not have been there because I was not at the hospital. While getting some food at a waakye joint, I met him. He told the host, “Ghanians are curious to know if I went to Kuami Eugene or not, but that is none of their business.

According to him, he was first told about Kuami Eugene’s accident by a friend and later verified by Kuami Eugene’s management.

His supervisors are able to confirm this. I called several times. More specifically, I was notified of the accident by phone very early in the morning. It read, “Have you heard that your brother Kuami is involved in an accident?” or something like that. I made sure right away by checking online.

When I followed up with my partner engineer, he confirmed that the information was correct. They had all arrived at the hospital and were getting ready to leave. When I called him back later, he said they were gone. I can not tell you the whole story here because it is so long,” he said.
