Efia Odo wanted Stonebwoy to promote her business – Sally Mann on reasons for ‘TGMA disrespect’
Efia Odo’s recent disrespect towards Stonebwoy has been explained by Sally Mann.

After conducting an investigation, the entertainment pundit claimed that Efia Odo, who presently owns a restaurant, requested an endorsement from Stonebwoy. When this did not happen, she proceeded to attack him on social media.
In May 2024, amid contentious discussions surrounding the TGMA ‘Artiste of the Year’ Award, vocal advocate for King Promise Efia Odo labeled Stonebwoy as ‘old’ and proposed that he relinquish the honor to younger performers such as King Promise, whom she felt were more deserving given their recent artistic accomplishments.
On social media, Stonebwoy’s supporters and industry participants expressed outrage over her remarks.
Sally Mann, who addressed the matter for the first time, claimed that Efia Odo’s criticism of Stonebwoy was personal.

“Efia Odo desired a promotion since she owns a restaurant. My investigation revealed that she wanted Stonebwoy to help her business, so when that did not happen, she started criticizing him,” she said on PowerFM.
When asked about Efia Odo’s subsequent apology to Stonebwoy by the host, Sally said:
“What is the apology? There is no apology for that. If you apologize and continue to do so, it indicates that you are not sincere.”
