Castro would have been Ghana’s Burna Boy if he were still alive- Mzbel
Ghanaian singer Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, better known as Mzbel, believes that if Castro had died sooner, his career would have been on par with Burna Boy’s.
Castro, according to Mzbel, was a hard worker, and reaching such heights with his music would have been a piece of cake.
In an interview with Kingdom FM, the “16 Years” hitmaker stated that Castro was a full-fledged talent who would have had a successful career.
“Because he is always working.” He would often try anything he wanted to do on stage with his energy and voice, and he was unique in his own way. “Ghanaians would have had their own Burna Boy if he was still alive,” she told Fiiff Pratt.
Castro and Mzbel were close before Castro went missing in July of 2014.
Castor’s career was at its pinnacle when he reportedly drowned with Miss Janet Bandu during a holiday Jet Ski accident in the Ada Estuary.
Although the remains of the Jet Ski were discovered, the bodies of Castro and Janet have yet to be recovered.
It has been nine years.
