Bless You – Diana Hamilton Assures Rosey

Ghanaian gospel singer Rosey Musiq has received massive encouragement from multiple award-winning gospel singer Diana Antwi Hamilton.

The two Ghanaian gospel singers based in the diaspora met on a previous discussion set ahead of the fifth edition of the Ghana Music Awards USA.

 

The amazing inspirational singer with a gifted voice joined the likes of Bull Dog, Arnold Asamoah Baidoo, Abrantie The Gentleman, and the Adom hitmaker on set as they discussed the award ceremony.

 

Prior to Rosey joining the set, popular Ghanaian entertainment stakeholder Bull Dog advocated for the support of established artistes in the likes of Diana Antwi Hamilton for some talented artistes in the diaspora. Surprisingly, the former manager of a number of top Ghanaian artistes such as Iwan, Shatta Wale, Natural Face, and 5Five made mention of the “His Name” singer without knowing the coincidence approaching them.

 

According to the boss of Bullhauz Entertainment, the less popular artists in the diaspora need some empowerment to build their music careers. He added that Diana Antwi Hamilton and her cohorts should be able to hold the hands of these interesting talents as they find their feet in their musical journey.

 

The unforgettable event was aimed at recognizing and encouraging Ghanaian musicians in the diaspora, especially in the USA, to actively participate in promoting and celebrating Ghanaian music. It saw King Promise emerging as the artist of the year and had some beautiful performances from Ofori Amponsah, Sista Afia, Empress Gifty, Diana Hamilton, Rosey, and other interesting performers.

 

The sensational gospel singer delivered an amazing performance at the Ghana Music Awards USA, which took place on Saturday, August 17, 2024, at the Grand Resort Hotel in New Jersey. She was nominated in the Female Artist of the Year (USA), Best Gospel Song of the Year (USA), and Music Video of the Year (USA) categories with her song, His Name.

Rosey has been on an interesting ride with her music career, and she is gradually gravitating towards the apex of her music career. She has released some great songs over the years and has been able to add a touch of class to the natural performance capabilities she uncovered as a young singer in church. Storm, her recently released inspirational song, has a trending afro-fusion feel with simple sing-along lyrics.

 

The exciting singer, who has been moving people with her live performances at weddings, church events, charity events, and the Ghana Music Awards USA event, is encoded with dynamic vocal abilities capable of leaving anyone wanting more of her unique sound.
