BLACK STARS SHOULD GIVE THEIR MONIES TO ORPHANS IF THEY DON’T WIN THEIR MATCHES – Gospel Musician Nacee Suggests
Aseda hitmaker Nacee is putting out challengers on the senior national team, the Black Stars, to let their winnings go to orphans if they lose.
Nacee recently made the observation in a Facebook post that Ghanaians have a great deal of affection for the senior national team, which the team ought to show by winning games. The Black Stars have become unrecognisable to a large number of Ghanaians in recent years.

The national team used to be a class act on the field, making it to the AFCON semifinals every year from 2008 to 2017 and earning spots in three consecutive World Cups in 2006, 2010, and 2014. However, these days, the team lacks moral fibre and makes opponents cower.
Ghanaians continue to show the Black Stars a great deal of love and support, even in the face of some supporters’ pessimism, despite the team’s poor performance.
But it seems that the fans’ hopes have once again been dashed after their appalling performance and loss in their opening group match at the ongoing African Cup of Nations (AFCON), where Cape Verde defeated the Black Stars 2:1. Nacee is adamant that the love and support should not go unappreciated, so he asked his followers to respond “AYT” when they agreed with his suggestion.
Many observers seemed to agree with Nacee’s suggestion, based on the responses of “AYT” in the comment section.
When the Black Stars play Egypt on Thursday, January 18, in a match that will decide their fate in this year’s AFCON tournament, they will be looking to get back to winning ways.
