BE HUMBLE AND WISE- TINNY ADVISES YOUNGSTERS

Veteran Ghanaian rapper, Nii Addo Quaynor, popularly known as Tinny has advised young musicians to be humble and respectful as they have the limelight on them.

The Ga rapper, who has been in the music industry for decades was impressed by the respectful gestures of rapper Sarkodie and Dancehall artiste Samini over the weekend.  Samini showed respect to K. K. Fosu on his Samini Experience show as Sarkodie did same to Obrafuor at this year’s Rapperholic Concert.

The “Makola Kwakwe” hit maker started performing since 1994, which is 27 years ago.  He was introduced to Abraham Ohene Djan of OM Studios by Hammer of the Last Two to secure a deal for his maiden album to be produced.  That is how young Tinny was introduced to the music industry in 2003 with his “Makola Kwakwe” album.  He has definitely seen and been through a lot in the music industry for the period he has been around and his advice is basically from his personal experience.

The rapper posted this on Facebook:

“Am so proud of Samini for the respect he exhibited at the Xperience concert for Kk Fosu.. Sarkodie did same for Obrafour at his annual Rapperholic concert, nice gestures. We must respect, love and support each other to bring positive growth in our industry.
And to the upcoming artiste, kindly learn from this, when you’re fortunate with a single hit, don’t raise shoulders please.. Be humble and wise. Long live GH music🙏🏿✊🏿. Merry Christmas 🎄”
