Organizers of the Asaase Sound Clash, Asaase Radio and its partners have released a press statement regarding customers who bought tickets but could not access the event.
Patrons, on the night of the event complained of inability to access the event though they had previously purchased approved online tickets.
The statement was circulated across Asaase Radio’s social media platforms stating that it was a technical challenge and investigations are being done.
Also, reimbursement offers will be communicated if the need be.
Asaase Radio and its partners moreover apologized sincerely for any inconvenience caused.
