Renowned businessman and Member of Parliament, Kennedy Agyapong has advised rapper, Medikal to invest in real estate.
Speaking on Y3 Ko Fie with Silva Lady, Kennedy Agyapong that Medikal should invest more because these days musicians don’t produce good songs.
“Whatever money you make, invest it. If you invest well, you will cast your mind back and look at your colleague musicians. So let savings be your number one goal,” he advised.
Furthermore, he added that he collected some money from his tenants worth a lot.
I’ve collected six months rent of $540,000. I got a land for $1,150,000, I wanted to buy a Rolls Royce [but due to] covid, I’m buying the land instead,” Ken revealed.
He suggested that since Medikal is a rapper and can’t focus on other businesses, real estate is the best way to go.
